How Huntress Art Advisory began

Huntress Art Advisory was founded on the belief that great art advisory isn't about intimidating expertise or transactional acquisition. It's about understanding what a client wants to feel when they walk into their own home, their office, their boardroom — and finding the work that delivers that, with integrity, depth, and care.

Carm Huntress | Founder & Principal

Carm has been building things since he was fifteen. A serial entrepreneur with 20+ years across technology and healthcare startups — including as Founder & CEO of Credo Health and Arrive Health — he has spent his career turning complex problems into elegant systems. In 2025, Carm celebrated the successful sale of Arrive Health to Bain Capital, which now operates as Interra Health.

Art, for Carm, is that same impulse made visible.

His collecting practice deepened during years spent working and travelling across Europe — namely London, Paris, Italy and Portugal — where immersion in world-class galleries, museum collections, and the texture of cities built around beauty fundamentally shifted how he sees the relationship between creativity, investment, and meaning.

For Carm, art connects him to his builder roots: the recognition that the best work — whether a company, a piece of software, or a painting — is made by someone who cared enough to get it exactly right. That sensibility shapes every collection Huntress Art Advisory builds.
